The wallet

Your Sorare wallet holds your cards (NFTs) and your platform balance. Cards are stored in a non-custodial wallet connected to your account. The platform balance is held in escrow and converted when you withdraw.

Who holds the cards

You hold the cards. The platform cannot move a card out of your wallet without your signature. The auction and sale flows are mediated by smart contracts; the platform is the marketplace operator, not the custodian of your cards.

KYC process

KYC is the identity check required by anti-money-laundering regulation. To complete KYC, upload a government-issued photo ID and a proof of address. The platform reviews submissions within a few business days.

Withdrawing

Withdrawals above the platform's threshold require KYC. Below the threshold, withdrawals are faster but limited in volume. Confirm the latest threshold and supported payout methods on the platform's official help center.

Is my wallet safe?

Cards are in your non-custodial wallet. The platform balance is held in escrow and audited.

How long does KYC take?

Typically a few business days. Complex cases may take longer.

Can I have multiple wallets?

One wallet per account.
